Bad product and customer service. I bought 2 of these10 months ago, used each of them maybe 5-10 times in normal environments (my bedroom, home office, hotel) and all are now not working. I tested the cables with multiple charging blocks and outlets to confirm the cable is the problem. I then spent 20 minutes looking for a warranty contact on Philips' website for this product, finally sent a message through the Philips website and eventually got an email back saying I contacted the wrong warranty department and gave me a Jasco phone number to call. I'd rather not have to spend who knows how long on the phone trying to get this resolved.Took 5 months for it to breakWorks well. Seems sturdy.Bought the two pack and one cable stopped working at almost exactly three months; two weeks after return window closed. Second one still works.........so far anywayIt stopped charging consistently after the second week of use. I tested other cables to check if it was an issue with my phone and it is definitely this cable.I have been using these for 6 months or so and they hold up really well. These do bend some and can keep the bend in the cable which is not a bad thing. The ends fit as they should. I love USB - C speeds now. These are a good value and if you treat them like you need them they are good cables.This Philips USB-C to Lightning Cable is a good cord. It's designed to be used in Apple devices given its Lightning connector - and mated to any other device or charger that utilizes a USB-C female port. As USB-C is becoming more popular, expect demand for these types of connectors to increase and for more devices to feature one. Personally, I wish they would just stick to USB-B, but it is what it is.The cord itself is braided in a heavy-duty fiber to prevent nicking or damage to the cable wires. The cable itself is about three feet in length which is an adequate length for most users (too long and it becomes a balled-up mess). The cord braid is an attractive white/grey/black combination which is rather popular these days.The cord itself was used to charge a new iPhone SE and was mated to the USB-C port of an HP Elitebook. No issues whatsoever with the charge and with any data transfer.The product comes in currently at about $16.00 which is probably a bit on the high side for cords these days, but it is a Philips branded item and not some unknown Chinese brand (although this cord was made in China). I tend to put more stock in recognized branded products so that likely affects the price. I recommend this cord.I guess we are hard on cables so I feel like we are often replacing them. I was really impressed with the quality of this one! The ends are nicely reinforced to help prevent breaking, and the braided cord makes it super durable.Highly recommend it as a great iPhone charging cord as I've had no issues!No funciona para cargar el iPhone 12 Pro.
