It is very difficult to find a stylish power strip. Trust me. You also want one from a reputable company that has all of the features to protect your electronics. This one does all of that but the power button is very sensitive and I constantly hit it and cut power to my very expensive computer set up, so I might move this one to a different area of the home where it will still look great.In my kitchen the microwave, toaster oven, espresso maker, and hot water pot are on the same circuit. With my previous power strip, if I'd run too many items the breaker in the breaker box in the basement would trip. Now the switch on this power strip trips. Way more convenient. The flexible cord helps keep it pushed against the wall, which is important for saving space on the counter. I am pleased w/the purchase.Says rated for 15A. If you run 13A it overheats. It is designed with a "weak spot" in the wire, where the thickness of the conductor is reduced and it overheats at that spot.In this power strip, the weak spot is at the switch. It overheats there. It gets about as hot as a cup of coffee when you run 13A through it. Most power strips do this now.In my opinion this is totally intentional and by design. Power cords did not used to do this.The wire is rated for 15A but the connections inside are not. It should be illegal to sell this as "15A rated"I know that Southwire brand works without overheating, but they don't make a flat plug 6-outlet cord. Next I'll try the "UltraPro" brandNice to have the extra outletsI needed a surge protector that could slip behind a small shelf unit and accept 5-6 plugs, and this one was perfect. It's small enough to be tucked out of sight, and the flexible braided cord is easy to lay along the baseboard, unlike cords that are plastic and stiff. I'm very satisfied with this item.We needed a surge protector that had a 4 foot or longer cord. We also wanted a name brand product because we did not want to risk a fire hazard with a cheap knock-off brand.This surge protector has been GREAT! We use it for our TV, streaming DVD player, WII, essential oil diffuser, salt lamp, etc. The cord length is PERFECT & LOVE that it can hang on the wall.It has a FLAT plug, which was a REQUIREMENT. We have had to many cords wear out from being flattened against a wall behind a large piece of furniture.VERY happy with the surge protector.I WOULD purchase it again!Perfect surge protector for Smart TV, Internet and Genie Box. Flexible enough to hide out of sight and long enough to reach from shelf for wall outlet.Needed a long cord power strip...These are fairly priced & good quality. So I came back & purchased 2 more. So far so good.Excelente calidad, el cable es grueso pero flexible para poder acomodarlo según sea necesario, el espacio entre los slots es bueno, pude conectar todo lo que necesitaba.Muy bueno me llego tal cual el de la imagen sin problemas y antes de tiempoNo tan bueno. Lleva 1 mes y con solo mover algo desconecta todo el resto.
