The paint's scratched some and the outside is pretty rough, but this is performing flawlessly and does have some pitting. Nothing broken or damaged whatsoever. This is a bolt and go upper outdrive for your boat.Due to shipping restrictions, lower unit are shipped empty. Every unit requires new oil to be installed upon receipt.
