I have thin hair and was hoping the smaller clips would be better, but they are a bit too small. They make it look like I have a pony tail, which is okay.My hair is just to my shoulder & not thick. These clips broke almost always on the 1st try. I would not recommend for any hair & esp not thick.They’re OK, however may Break easily if you have thick hair - that was my experienceI have very fine hair but it is long. These clips held it all day. It was not a tight hold but it kept it in place for the most part.They break easily, but are okay while they last. Won't buy again, but will use these as back-ups.Loved them because I have thin hair and they work perfectly!!They were pretty but smaller than expected but not very strong two broke the same day..good for smaller children with straight hairThe clasp end is very loose, so you'll want to have a lot of hair in the clip just to help keep it closed.
