1.5 Inch Hard Headband Swirl Design with Teeth Hair Band - Orange for Women, Workout, Yoga, Running, Sports

I love the look of this headband and I love the price even more. The design carries a lot of interest, which is the main reason I purchased it, but the teeth prevent flyaways and hold my hair (which is thick but very silky/slippery) very well. The black/red swirl color is even more gorgeous in person as well. My only real complaint is that it has bad pressure points at the ends of the headband which can cause soreness behind the ears and sometimes headaches, but it's not a dealbreaker.The color is as pictured sort of. There are actually just as many copper stripes as purple but I never saw the copper color in the picture until after I received it and knew it was there. Had I seen the copper color, I wouldn't have bought it. However...My biggest issue with this headband is hopefully evident in the picture I'm posting. On the left is a nice old round headband that fits nicely over my round head. On the right is this headband. The top is slightly flattened and the bends are too angular, so when I put the headband on, the center top scrapes my skull but then the top corners (around 45 degrees from center) come completely off of my hair leaving a gap between the band and the hair itself. (I wear my hair in a messy bun then keep the fly-aways in line with a headband.) And one side is more angular than the other. Since it's hard plastic, there is no way to reshape it. Too much trouble to ship it back, so it's going in the recycle bin.The description says its black, however, it is multi-colored. Not enough of an issue to return it, but it was unexpected. It's a bit tight behind my ears and I'm hoping it will relax a bit and be more comfortable. Overall, it does its job though.It's cute but i think it's meant for a teenager... The blue is much more BLUER than in this pic! I'm giving it away to a younger girlfriend of mine. The shipping fee's costed almost as much as the head bandThe headband was too large for my head. When I vented to make it smaller it made it worse size wise. It's a pretty band but not practical for my hair.very good quality, use it quite offendIt was a pretty headband, but too still and poked behind my ears. I returned it.Pretty color, not too tight behind ears. Have thick curly hair, keeps it under control and out of my face.
